NEXT STEPS

We want to make it easy for you to move toward more significant involvement at our church. We encourage you to take any of the steps below that might serve in cultivating meaningful relationships and encouraging you in your walk with God.

SUNDAY BIBLE STUDIES

OBC_fall14_2.jpg

One Faith.
One People.
One Study.

There are over a dozen Bible Studies that meet each Sunday morning at 9:45am in both buildings on our campus. Some are larger (30+ people), while others provide more personal interaction (less than 5). These Sunday Bible Studies offer a diversity of Bible study topics and methods, year-round.

We want Sunday Bible Studies to provide a welcoming environment—an easy-to-find on-ramp to meet others and begin exploring church life at OBC. Each SBS creates a circle of help for people, as study teachers and members help each other as needs arise. The heart of SBS is the search to understand God’s Word more fully, often learning and applying Scripture in ways impossible to do in larger worship services.

Visit as many classes as you’d like. It may take several attempts over several months to find the class that fits you best.

MEMBERSHIP MATTERS

EXPLORE MEMBERSHIP AT OGLETOWN

At Ogletown Baptist Church, we are committed to coming alongside anyone who wants to move forward in his or her relationship with God—and finding a church you can call ‘home’ is a significant part of that journey. Membership Matters is a great place to continue to seek whether God may be leading you to this church family. You will have an opportunity to meet the staff and hear about our beliefs and values. Although there is no obligation to join, we ask that all those wishing to join our church attend a Membership Matters class.

EXPLORE BAPTISM

What do we believe about baptism?

 VOLUNTEER

Ogletown is a growing family who follows Jesus and helps others follow Jesus. One sign of a healthy family is members who have embraced a calling to use the gifts, skills and abilities God has entrusted to them. You have gifts, the church has needs, and there is blessing all around when the two connect.
