DEEPAK REJU | SENIOR PASTOR
Deepak joined Ogletown Baptist Church as Senior Pastor in July of 2024. Deepak and his wife, Sarah, have five children. Deepak received his undergrad from George Washington University (DC) and holds a Masters and Ph.D from Southern Seminary (KY).
Deepak is the author of several books, including his most recent, Build on Jesus, along with Rescue Plan. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and also as a trustee for the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation.
When he’s not writing books, Deepak enjoys coaching soccer, playing board games, and reading.
DREW ALLENSPACH | ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Drew joined Ogletown Baptist Church as an Associate Pastor in March 2024. He was raised in Texas and received his Bachelors in Finance from Indiana University. Additionally, he received his M.Div. at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
While in seminary, Drew attended a conference for pastors in D.C. where he met his wife Katrina and they have three (soon to be four) kids. Drew loves to play golf, coach little league baseball, and is an aspiring charcoal grill master.

EVAN COLLIER | Associate pastor
Evan joined Ogletown Baptist Church in Newark, DE as Associate Pastor for Children’s Ministry in 2014. Administration was added to his title in 2017. After receiving his M. Div. in 2005, he worked in Boston as a bi-vocational church planter.
Evan’s responsibilities include overseeing the resources of the church and engaging in pastoral care.
He and his wife Natalie have been married since 2000 and have 5 kids. In his spare time, you’ll might find him running, reading history, roasting coffee, or trying not to lose to his kids at Super Smash Brothers.

BRANDON COOK | FAMILY PASTOR
Brandon grew up in Delaware and attended Wilmington University where he received his B.A. in Math Education. He taught for seven years and in that time developed a passion for teaching students the Scriptures. He is currently enrolled at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry.
Brandon began attending Ogletown in 2020 where he helped in student ministry until he left to become a founding member of Gospel Life Church in 2021. He joined Ogletown staff in 2023 as the Family Pastor, overseeing student ministry and Kids Connection. Brandon has a passion to see parents lead the charge in the spiritual development of their children in their homes and seeks to equip parents in this work.
Brandon and his wife, Rebekah, were high school sweethearts and were married in 2017. They have two sons, Brandon Jr. and Caleb. Brandon enjoys spending time with family, reading theology, and all things golf.

MINISTRY DIRECTORS
BARBIE COLEMAN | KIDS CONNECTION DIRECTOR - Elementary
Barbie has been a member of Ogletown since 2019. She has served on the worship team with her husband, Dan, as well as in the Kids Connection.
Barbie grew up in Elkton, Maryland. She received her BA in Music Education/Vocal Performance and a Bible minor from Nyack College in New York. Over the years, her degrees have proven to be valuable resources for her involvement on worship teams and numerous children’s ministries and events.
Married in 2007, she and Dan have since welcomed three wonderful daughters into their family. If she's not singing, reading, or watching a British show, you'll find Barbie with a glass of Diet Coke and some good food, laughing with friends.

KATIE HALL | COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Katie has attended OBC since 2001. She was hired to join the team full-time at Ogletown in 2009 serving in a dual role in Communications and Collegiate Ministry. After the birth of her second child in 2012, she shifted to working part-time as the Communications Director.
Since graduating with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Messiah College in 2005, Katie’s love for her church paired with her passion for effective visual communication have provided her with the opportunity to serve the Lord and the church body in creative ways.
Katie was married to her husband, Matt, in 2007 and they have three beautiful and entertaining children. In her spare time, she runs her own photography business and is also a freelance designer. She enjoys exercise, DIY projects, and spending time with her friends and family.

EMMA HARRISON | COLLEGIATE MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Emma has been attending Ogletown since 2019 while she was a student at the University of Delaware. Emma was involved with Christian Challenge (formerly Baptist Student Ministry) where she led worship and was involved in small group studies. She has a passion to see students get connected with a local church body and works to foster fruitful relationships with students and members of Ogletown.
Along with her leadership within Christian Challenge, Emma and her husband, Jared, lead the Greenroom Sunday Bible Study and they serve on the worship team.
Emma and Jared have been married since 2021. In her free time, she likes to camp, climb, and generally be doing things outdoors.

Christine Mellinger | KIDS CONNECTION Director - Early Childhood
Christine grew up in Delaware and received her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware in 2007. After graduation, she taught seventh grade language arts in Cecil County, Maryland while pursuing her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
Christine and her husband, Zach, were married at Ogletown in 2010 and have one son and three daughters. After the birth of their first child, Christine shifted from teaching in the classroom to serving as a stay-at-home mom. Christine loves to learn and is passionate about children, their parents, and connecting the gospel to all of life.
Prior to joining our staff in a part time capacity as the preschool ministry director in 2021, Christine served for five years in Kids Connection primarily as a preschool coordinator. Some of her simple joys include running or walking through the woods, chocolate ice cream, naps, and connecting with people through good conversation.

Paula Richwine | Womens Discipleship DIRECTOR
Paula joined our staff in April 2019 as the Women’s Discipleship Director after serving for nearly two years connecting women at Ogletown by organizing our Women’s Ministry Gather events.
Paula grew up in the Maryland/Delaware area. She attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN where she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and continued on to Drexel University to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Paula has worked for the past 10 years in full or part time capacity in Maryland doing outpatient rehabilitation.
Paula also serves on the worship team and volunteers in the preschool department on Sunday mornings. She and her husband Adam have been married since 2008 and have four boys

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
SETH ASHER | ADMINISTRATIVE Assistant
Seth joined the OBC team in December of 2015 and currently serves in a number of ways, including operations, events, ministry support, and administration.
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Seth has long had a passion for God's Word and the Christian Life. He holds a B.A. in New Testament Studies from Oral Roberts University and an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, and is a current student in the Renovaré Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation.
Seth married his wife Ginger in 2013 and they have two children. Some of the Asher family's favorite things include spending time with family, the great outdoors, traveling, music, games, and delicious coffee. Seth has also been known to get a little too excited about the Oklahoma City Thunder.

STEVE LEE | CHURCH FACILITIES MANAGER
Steve has been a member of Ogletown since 2015. He has served his church family in Kids Connection and with the Audio/Visual Team. In 2023, Steve joined the Ogletown staff as managing and overseeing church facilities and property.
A Garden State native, Steve was raised in New Jersey where he grew up loving the great outdoors and learning how things work together. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Technical Education from Millersville University, he became the assistant director with the Navigators Ministry at a local college for two years. In 2013, Steve moved to Delaware and took a job in Wilmington where he worked as an inner city Engineering Teacher for over 10 years.
In February 2022, Steve and his wife Alexis were married at Ogletown. Steve’s small joys include working on his Jeep, mint chocolate chip ice cream, and Phillies baseball. In his free time, you might find him spending time with his wife cycling, camping, enjoying game nights.

SHAUN marconi | Administrative assistant
Shaun grew up in Indiana and graduated from Taylor University in 2009 with a B.A. in Marketing. He joined the OBC staff in 2012 as the assistant to the senior pastor and has since changed roles to manage communications and IT.
Shaun is passionate about soccer (especially Chelsea FC), dark chocolate, and all things technology. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, tv show marathons, and spending time with family.

MIKAELA SANDS | ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mikaela became a member of Ogletown in 2021. She serves as a Sunday Bible Study Teacher and a volunteer in the Preschool ministry and joined the staff in 2023 supporting pastoral services.
Born in California and raised in Delaware, Mikaela received her B.A. in English from the University of Delaware in 2005 and then spent three years on the mission field and two years in a support office with Operation Mobilisation. Her previous administrative roles have been in the media, cultural and engineering sectors and most recently in higher education.
Mikaela and her husband Timothy married in 2009 and have two sons. As a family they enjoy playing games (board, card, and video) and thinking about, talking about, preparing and eating delicious things.
