Passion 2012

We are excited that you will be joining us on January 1 for our journey to Atlanta for Passion 2012! Here are a few details regarding our trip:

DEPARTURE: You must be at Ogletown Baptist Church by 10:15pm on Sunday, January 1, 2012. We plan to arrive in Atlanta by 2pm on Monday.

WHAT TO BRING: Be sure to bring your remaining balance with you to OBC on Sunday night. You will not be allowed on the bus until you pay your balance.

Even though we are driving south, plan to wear warm clothes as we will be primarily walking once we are downtown.

You will also need a Bible, a notebook, a set of new TOWELS & SOCKS for donation to the homeless in Atlanta (for more info, click here), as well as spending money for your meals while in Atlanta. You will be provided with boxed lunches on Tuesday & Wednesday, January 3&4.

A part of the Passion movement is the Do Something Now Center. You should begin praying about a way to give to a cause listed on this page. You may want to bring extra money specifically for donations to the Do Something Now causes.

WHILE IN ATLANTA: We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency (265 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA Tel: 404-577-1234)

RETURN: We will begin our journey home following the conclusion of the conference on Thursday, January 5th around 2pm. We plan to arrive back at Ogletown at 3am on Friday morning, January 6th.

YOUR BALANCE: If you have participated in any fundraisers to help cover the cost of your trip, please fill out the form below and we will review your participation and determine your remaining balance. If you have not participated in any fundraisers but are unsure of your balance, please indicate on OTHER COMMENTS section of the form or email Katie Hall at khall@ogletown.org All checks for your balance should be made out to Ogletown Baptist Church.
