Sunday Drop-off & Safety Info: Preschool

Our desire is to minister to you and your child. Showing God’s love to your child is very important to us. Safety and security will provide a loving environment for your child while you worship and learn from God’s Word.

Where do I take my Preschooler?

Our Preschool Department is located in the Main Building. There is an entrance facing the Exchange that is open on Sunday mornings to preschool parents only.

Drop-off Procedures

  • Upon dropping your child off for the first time, you should be asked to fill out an information card that will tell us important details about your child.
  • You will need to write your child’s name and your contact info on the sign-in sheet located outside of each classroom.
  • Your child will receive a sticker or name tag that will be placed on their backs.
  • Parents will be given a piece of paper to claim their child.

Pick-up Procedures

  • Please knock on the classroom door and wait for the teacher to come*
  • Please have your purple visitor tag with you.
  • The teacher will return your child along with their belongings.

*Please refrain from entering the room with your child

What to bring:

  • Diapers
  • Pacifiers or special blanket – please make sure it is labeled
  • Change of clothes

What we provide:

  • Snacks for children who crawl and older (please alert us to any allergies)
  • Wipes
  • Bottle warmers for infants

1st-5th Grade Sunday Morning drop-off information

We encourage families to worship together each Sunday morning.  There are sermon notes as you enter the worship centers for children.  There are 2 colors- the yellow ones are for younger children and the blue ones are for older children.

Our children’s Sunday school starts in the main building in the “Zone”.  Children may be dropped off 15 minutes before each Sunday school hour.  The Zone is our children’s area where all drop off and pick up takes place.  First and Second graders must be sign in and sign out after each Sunday school hour.  Please talk with your 3rd-5th graders about where to meet at pick up time.  There is a registration table as you enter the Zone where someone will be there to assist you in getting your child a name tag and into the correct class.

Our children begin in the Zone and then move to the children’s department for age graded classes.  They are returned to the Zone at the end of each class.

From September- December 1st graders are welcome stay during the 9am and 10:30 Sunday school hours.  During the 9am hour they learn about worship and how to worship corporately.  Starting the 1st Sunday in January 1st graders join their parents in worship services.
